Role Overview The Sr. Operations Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business outcomes. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making, and end-to-end campaign ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute integrated banner Ad & Content Promotion campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Develop campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and targeting strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders (medical, sales, content, tech) to ensure alignment
• Manage end-to-end deployment across channels (email, webinars, banners, push notifications, social media)
• Coordinate with design and content teams for asset development
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign timelines
• Track campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement rates)
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients
• Present campaign performance reports and recommendations
• Prepare campaign performance dashboards and reports
• Review campaign report and delivery.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in campaign management / digital marketing
• Experience in healthcare/pharma marketing is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and campaign tracking systems.
