We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role combines deep cloud engineering expertise, DevSecOps practices, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and strong Linux system administration to enable reliable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security-first platform operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, platform reliability, and embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines with integrated DevSecOps security controls.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) including RBAC policies, service accounts, and identity federation.
Embed security best practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of cloud environments.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production incidents, and lead root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.
Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
(Must-Have)
6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including networking, GKE, virtual machines, storage, DNS, and secrets management.
Proven DevSecOps experience including shift-left security and integration of SAST, DAST, and SCA within CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including troubleshooting production workloads.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Harness, including YAML pipelines, variable groups, and environment configurations.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform including module development, state management, and workspace strategies.
Advanced Linux system administration including performance tuning, network diagnostics using tcpdump, kernel parameter tuning, and cgroups.
Strong scripting and automation using Bash and Python.
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and Alertmanager.
(Good-to-Have)
Experience designing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures including cross-cloud networking.
Exposure to cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices including usage monitoring and resource optimization.
Experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
Familiarity with data platforms such as PostgreSQL, StarRocks, and Apache Flink.
Experience implementing Identity and Access Management frameworks including RBAC, SSO, OAuth, service principals, and identity federation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across engineering teams.
Soft Skills
