<div>organization. As part of the DevOps Infra team, you will be creating, automating, scaling and supporting the core infrastructure that enables engineering teams</div>
<div>(software, silicon, hardware, QA, research) to move quickly and reliably. You will be a key member of the team that operates and enhances our CI/CD pipelines, internal services,</div>
<div>shared tooling, observability stack, and lab environments. This is a hands-on role where you will help build the foundation for a global, follow-the-sun DevOps model as the</div>
<div>company grows in Bangalore and worldwide.</div>

<div><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></div>
<div>• Support, monitor, and improve CI/CD execution environments, runners, and infrastructure used across engineering teams.</div>
<div>• Troubleshoot and resolve build issues, pipeline failures, environmental inconsistencies, and infrastructure (on-prem, in the cloud, in labs) incidents.</div>
<div>• Manage and automate configuration of Linux-based systems, containers, and internal services used by development teams using Ansible and Terraform.</div>
<div>• Own deployment, upgrade, and reliability workflows for shared tools and internal systems (GitLab runners, Kubernetes clusters, artifact storage, observability tools, mirrors, etc.).</div>
<div>• Develop automation for routine operational tasks using Ansible, Python, and Bash.</div>
<div>• Create and maintain dashboards, alerting, and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance of DevOps-managed services.</div>
<div>• Partner with Global DevOps team members and Software Infra engineers to build a scalable, global support structure.</div>
<div>• Document processes, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding materials to support a distributed DevOps team.</div>

<div><strong>What you will bring:</strong></div>
<div>Minimum:</div>

<div>Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related degree with 7+ Years of Industry Experience</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong Linux systems knowledge (package management, networking, storage, services).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience with GitLab/GitHub CI/CD or similar systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, PRs, Merges, etc.).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience with Docker/Podman and container-based workflows.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Proficiency with Python or Bash scripting for automation.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting CI pipelines and runner environments.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Working knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana or similar observability stacks.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ability to diagnose issues across systems, networks, and applications.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Self-motivated team player</div>

<div><strong>Preferred</strong>:</div>

<div>Prior DevOps/SRE experience in a fast-moving startup or small-team environment.</div>
</li>

<div>Experience supporting ML, HPC, or hardware-accelerated development environments.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience with Kubernetes (installation, troubleshooting, workload management).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory, GitLab Package Registry).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Be part of a cross-site or follow-the-sun DevOps operations.</div>
