About this role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer & Video Editor who can lead visual storytelling across digital, social, and brand platforms. This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and content , requiring someone who can translate ideas into compelling visuals, both static and moving, while maintaining a strong brand identity. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to shape campaigns, create high-impact videos, and elevate the overall creative quality of the brand. About CoPlay: CoPlay ( powered by Hudle ) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 100+ sports facilities/clubs across the country over the next few years.  We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design & video editing. Role & Responsibilities: Creative & Design Leadership Own the visual language of the brand across digital, social media, campaigns, and offline assets. Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Act as a creative problem-solver turning briefs into strong visual narratives. Graphic Design Design high-quality assets for Social media (static & carousels), Marketing campaigns, Presentations, pitch decks & brand collateral, Event creatives and on-ground branding. Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats. Video Editing & Motion Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn & ads & Brand films, event recaps & promos. Create motion graphics, reels, and animations to elevate content quality. Work with raw footage, sound, and music to produce high-impact storytelling. Maintain a fast turnaround for social and performance-driven content. Collaboration & Workflow Collaborate with the Brand/Social & Business team for campaign creatives. Work with External vendors, videographers, and freelancers when required. Take ownership of projects end-to-end from brief to final delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Mentorship & Quality Control (Optional but Preferred) Review and guide Junior Designer. Creative & Technical Skills Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and composition. Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design. Understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment. Qualification : 4-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Video & motion tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro or After Effects. Strong understanding of Typography, color theory, layouts, Motion design principles and pacing. Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing skills. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
