Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SuccessFactors LMS to meet the organization's learning and development needs. Customize and implement various functionalities, such as course catalog, curriculum management, learning assignments, and certifications.
Course Management: Manage the organization's course catalog within SuccessFactors LMS. Ensure accurate course descriptions, learning objectives, prerequisites, and availability. Upload and maintain course materials, such as documents, videos, and e-learning modules.
Curriculum Management: Design and manage learning curricula within SuccessFactors LMS. Develop curriculum structures, define required and elective courses, and establish learning paths for different roles and job positions. Monitor and track learners' progress in completing curriculum requirements.
Learning Assignments: Assign and track learning assignments for employees within SuccessFactors LMS. Coordinate with managers and HR professionals to ensure learners receive appropriate training based on their roles, skills gaps, and development needs. Monitor completion rates and provide support for learners.
Certification Management: Manage certification programs and tracks within SuccessFactors LMS. Define certification requirements, track progress towards certification, and issue certifications upon successful completion. Ensure compliance with certification expiration dates and recertification requirements.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate learning and development reports and analytics using SuccessFactors LMS. Track and analyze learning metrics, such as course completion rates, learner feedback, and training effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the learning and development strategy.
Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors LMS with other HR systems and modules, such as talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirements:
SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management System module. Familiarity with various LMS functionalities, such as course management, curriculum management, learning assignments, and certifications.
Learning and Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of learning and development best practices, adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies. Familiarity with compliance training requirements and learning industry trends.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS configuration tools and modules. Familiarity with course creation tools, learning administration tasks, reporting and analytics functionalities, and integration capabilities within SuccessFactors LMS.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels, including HR professionals, managers, and employees. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills to analyze learning data, track metrics, and provide meaningful insights. Attention to detail to ensure accurate course and curriculum configurations, compliance tracking, and reporting.
