Job Summary Join our team as a Senior Catalog Executive, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to optimize and elevate our online retail platform's product catalogs. Leverage your extensive experience in catalog management and eCommerce to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and shape the future of our digital merchandising efforts. Responsibilities & Duties Strategic Catalog Management: Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize and expand product catalogs across various online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, driving sales growth and market share expansion. Advanced Content Optimization: Utilize advanced SEO techniques, keyword research, and data analytics to optimize product titles, descriptions, and images, maximizing search visibility, traffic, and conversion rates across different marketplace platforms. Competitive Analysis and Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor catalogs, pricing strategies, and market trends specific to each marketplace, identifying opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and competitive advantage. Cross-Marketplace Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and product development to align catalog strategies with overall business objectives and promotional campaigns across multiple marketplace platforms, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Innovative Catalog Solutions: Drive innovation in catalog management processes and technologies tailored to the requirements of different marketplaces, leveraging emerging tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and elevate the quality of product presentations. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior catalog management team members, guiding them in best practices, problem-solving, and professional development specific to managing catalogs across various online marketplaces. Project Management: Lead and manage complex catalog management projects specific to different marketplaces from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, effective resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple platforms. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance catalog management capabilities tailored to different marketplace requirements, streamline processes, and implement best practices, contributing to overall business growth and competitiveness in the diverse and evolving landscape of eCommerce marketplaces. Desired Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in catalog management, ecommerce, or related roles, with a focus on marketplace management and optimization.
