About the Role
As a
Senior Business Development Manager
at ShopOS, you’ll be on the front lines of building and scaling our customer base. This is not just a sales role—it’s about shaping narratives, finding aligned partners, and owning relationships with top-tier eCommerce brands and agencies.
You’ll work closely with founders, product marketing, and growth teams to identify opportunities, close deals, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with the brands and ecosystems shaping the future of commerce.
What You’ll Own
Own the
end-to-end BD lifecycle
—from lead generation and outreach to deal closure and onboarding
Identify and qualify high-potential
brands, agencies, and strategic partners
who could benefit from ShopOS
Work with the GTM team to craft tailored pitches, demos, and proposals that map to client needs
Build and maintain a healthy
pipeline
through outbound efforts, events, referrals, and inbound leads
Run crisp
discovery conversations
, product walkthroughs, and follow-up cycles
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to
close feedback loops
and shape roadmap priorities
Track metrics like CAC, conversion rates, sales velocity, and partner engagement
Develop
long-term relationships
with customers to drive expansion and upsell
Represent ShopOS at industry events, webinars, and ecosystem engagements
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI, or eCommerce)
Proven track record of
closing mid- to high-ticket B2B deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and thoughtful
Hustle mindset—self-starter who can independently find leads and build relationships
Strong understanding of eCommerce tooling, brand needs, and digital workflows
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
Strategic thinker with an execution bias
Comfort working with early-stage ambiguity and crafting solutions on the fly
Bonus Points
Background in working with DTC brands, growth agencies, or startup ecosystems
Prior experience working with AI, automation, or Martech products
Strong design, product, or tech sensibility—can translate complex product into simple value
Global outreach experience (especially US, Middle East, or SEA markets)
Existing network in the commerce or SaaS landscape
