Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven
Sales Leader
to own
end-to-end revenue growth, GTM strategy, and global expansion
for our IT Services business. This role is ideal for someone strong in
enterprise sales, consultative selling, and ABM-led growth
.
What You’ll Drive
Sales Strategy & GTM
Define and execute
GTM strategy, ICP, and Buyer Personas
Identify opportunities across
Edtech, Fintech, Insuretech, Proptech, Logistics, Retail & E-commerce
Lead
market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Lead Generation
Own
end-to-end ABM strategy for target accounts
Execute via:
LinkedIn outreach, cold & targeted emailing
Partner/vendor channels & industry targeting
Paid campaigns, invite-only sessions, webinars
Event-based (global events) Revenue Generation
Leverage tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo (or similar)
Drive
lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting
Use email marketing & automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
End-to-End Sales Execution
Manage full cycle:
Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Conduct
discovery calls, requirement analysis (in coordination with Pre sales and tech teams), and consultative selling
Handle
objections, negotiations, and closing
Own
pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Lead
proposal writing, RFP responses, and SOW understanding
Coordinate
estimation and technical solutioning (functional level)
Drive
case study positioning & portfolio storytelling
Account Growth & Client Management
Own
key accounts and revenue growth
Drive
client retention, upselling, and cross-selling
Manage
stakeholder communication
Sales Operations & Leadership
Manage
CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Track
KPIs and performance metrics
Lead
and drive a team of sales people
Handle
conflict management and team alignment
Global Events & Brand Building
Identify and help in exhibiting in
international events
Plan & execute
end-to-end event strategy
Work on event lists and outreach the potential prospects
Leverage
events, webinars, and networking
for pipeline generation
What We’re Looking For
7–15+ years in
IT Services / B2B Sales
Strong experience in
enterprise sales & global markets
Proven track record in
ABM, consultative selling, and deal closures
Experience in
international events & multi-channel outreach
Strong leadership and
revenue ownership mindset
Exposure to
AI tools where applicable
