In this vital role, you will be supporting the Knowledge Management operations of our Learning and Development team, which includes key functions that support both Quality and Training. This is a unique and impactful opportunity to contribute to Amgen’s first internally managed hubs with a global footprint. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Hub Learning & Development and be responsible for: Building job aids to compliment SOPs/GDEs and allow for consistent knowledge transfer Supporting CRM enhancements via technical writing of business requirements Partnering with Quality and Training to assist in identifying any gaps in process knowledge Analyzing data management system information for training opportunities or gaps Working with IT to develop tools and a system to maintain knowledge Ensuring that the documented and stored knowledge is easy to access and apply by the HUB employees Identifying and researching updates to payer policies and documenting those updates in the National Payer Tool (NPT) Prioritizing work and demonstrating a clear understanding of business processes and strategy Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree Or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of patient access experience and/or learning and development in pharma/healthcare Or Associate’s degree and 6 years of patient access experience Or High school diploma / GED and 8 years of patient access experience Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years working in HUB operations or similar proven experience Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management Ability to execute technical writing of business requirements Ability to document information in an easy-to-understand format Ability to be flexible and work on multiple tasks simultaneously Skilled at active listening and analytical capability Strong facilitation, communication, motivational and social skills Proficiency with MS Office products and Smartsheet Ability to easily adapt to change and prioritize based on business need Previous experience working with a quality monitoring management system is preferred Apply now for a career that defies imagination In our quest to serve patients above all else, Amgen is the first to imagine, and the last to doubt.
