Job description:
· Ticket issuance, reissuances (exchanges), deep SME in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc.
· Microsoft Office application skills, including Outlook, and Excel
· Ability to handle/diffuse difficult or irate customers effectively; ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way
· Ability to provide an experience and interaction that reduces customer effort and creates loyalty with customers
· Minimum 2 years of Sabre and Amadeus working experience a MUST, must be adept at the latest versions of both GDS’s
Excellent fluency in English - Proficiency & Comprehension (spoken and written)
