About this role

1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership Manage full-cycle recruitment for Tech, Marketing, and Senior Sales roles. Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and organisational needs. Maintain a high-quality funnel across niche and leadership roles. 2. Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates, insights, and hiring analytics to stakeholders. Drive alignment between TA and business teams for timely closures. 3. Sourcing Excellence Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, AngelList, job boards, referrals, and passive talent networks. Build strong talent pipelines for tech and non-tech functions. Activate employee referral drives and talent mapping. 4. Interview & Assessment Management Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and selection decisions. Ensure structured evaluation and a smooth candidate experience. Support in designing assessments for tech and business roles. 5. Candidate Experience & Offer Management Manage communication, negotiations, and expectation-setting with candidates. Handle offer rollouts and pre-onboarding engagement. Ensure zero drop-offs through proactive candidate management. 6. Data, Reporting & Process Discipline Maintain hiring dashboards, funnel metrics, and weekly reports. Track time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratios, and pipeline health. Ensure process compliance and documentation in the ATS (Keka).  Required Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech & Marketing hiring , and experience handling mid–senior sales roles . Proven track record of hiring for product-based companies, startups, or high-growth environments. Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and other talent platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with strong prioritization. High ownership, discipline, and data-driven approach to hiring.
