Job Description Your Role Manage complex structured datasets and maintain strong data integrity, quality, and governance across PRODA, Yardi, Kyriba, Debt Management System, and Snowflake. Design, execute, and optimize ETL workflows, including transforming and loading internal Excel‑based data into Snowflake using SQL and automated pipelines. Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations, ensuring seamless data flows, reliable interfaces, and smooth data exchanges across interconnected platforms. Perform routine data validations, reconciliations, and monitoring activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑confidence reporting outputs. Leverage SQL and Snowflake to analyse large datasets, identify anomalies, generate insights, and support informed business decision‑making. Coordinate internal and third-party deliverables, proactively follow-up or escalate as needed, and manage effective communication on data related matters with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare data import files for Kyriba Integration and country/fund‑specific documentation. Compiling project questionnaires by country and by fund ahead of workshops with local teams to capture regulatory, banking, and operational specificities. Attending calls with counterparts and participate in workshops, capture requirements, and support UAT, go‑live, and stabilization phases. Contribute to design and implementation of the core TMS model, user guidelines and ensure its consistent application across entities, countries, and funds. Lead monthly AUM reporting for Corporate Finance, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery. Maintain and enhance standard system reports and addressing ad hoc reporting needs. Adept at identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending automation, scripting, or streamlined workflows to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort. Partner with automation/tech teams to design and implement scalable Automation solutions. The Experience You Bring 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate systems, financial operations, or data governance roles. Hands‑on experience with PRODA, Yardi, Kyriba, or similar ERP/TMS/RE data platforms preferred. Strong understanding of data structures, system workflows, and reconciliation processes. Experience coordinating with global and third‑party service providers, with a proven ability to manage complex deliverables, proactively handle risks and escalations, and facilitate clear, effective data‑related communication with stakeholders. Academic requirements ​Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Technical Competencies: Systems & Data Management: Ability to manage complex structured datasets using platforms like Snowflake; perform data quality checks; maintain system integrations; and oversee database operations leveraging SQL for efficient querying and data manipulation. Reporting & Analytics: Ability to analyse and interpret data using SQL and Snowflake’s analytical capabilities; identify gaps and trends; and prepare accurate, insightful reports. Process Optimization: Ability to identify inefficiencies within data pipelines or reporting processes and propose sustainable, automated, or streamlined solutions using SQL-based transformations and Snowflake features.
