About this role

The Sr. Associate – Client Delivery – Create is responsible for executing day-to-day service delivery tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing templates and assets, updating platforms, and supporting print and fulfillment activities such as order processing and inventory management. The role also involves coordinating technical and creative projects, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams and clients. Additional duties include creating and maintaining client documentation, training materials, and tracking project time for accurate forecasting and billing. This position is based in India and supports U.S. business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST). Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for execution on day-to-day deliverables – template and assets management, platform updates etc. on assigned accounts accurately and on-time Responsible for execution of print / fulfillment - client deliverables, order processing, and inventory management on assigned accounts accurately and on-time Responsible for aspects of assigned technical and creative projects, including coordination where applicable, execution, troubleshooting, quality, and clear communication across all touchpoints Proactively identify issues and escalate quicky to your manager help support troubleshooting and resolution as assigned. Create and maintain accurate client documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. Maintain client training and knowledge materials (e.g., job aids, FAQs, process maps) to support clients and end users. Active participation in internal calls, reviews, and working sessions, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through. Track and record work time against projects to support accurate forecasting and billing. Required Skills/Abilities Strong project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex details clearly to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills; capable of building effective relationships with cross-functional teams and clients. High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Quick learner with strong computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new tools and platforms. Ability to work accurately under high volume and pressure while maintaining professionalism. Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Willingness to work U.S. business hours (India night shifts). Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field. 1-2 years of work experience in advertising, client management, account management, or project management; experience in a SaaS or marketing services environment preferred. Previous experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred. Experience supporting US-based clients or global teams is a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
