Role Summary
The Senior Associate will support day-to-day
Business-as-Usual (BAU)
activities for the IT Infrastructure organization in APAC. This role focuses on
operational execution, coordination, tracking, reporting, and administrative support
across financial management, vendor/MSP coordination, talent operations, and internal communications—working closely with senior leaders and functional teams.

and serves as a
backbone support function
for Infrastructure Business Administration, enabling smooth operations and disciplined follow-through on plans, reporting, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Operational Support
Support tracking and maintenance of infrastructure capital and operating expense data for APAC
Assist with updating forecasts, tracking variances, and maintaining financial trackers and dashboards
Support timesheet and cost-allocation monitoring to ensure accurate reporting
Compile and prepare periodic financial summaries and management reports
Planning, Tracking & Execution Support
Maintain action logs, trackers, and follow-ups for agreed infrastructure initiatives
Support execution tracking of approved goals, initiatives, and transformation workstreams
Assist with collecting status updates from multiple teams and consolidating reports
Ensure documentation, artifacts, and evidence required for reviews are up to date
Managed Service Provider (MSP) & Vendor Support
Support coordination activities with MSPs and internal vendor governance teams
Track MSP engagement metrics, access lists, and routine operational information
Assist in maintaining vendor-related documentation and reporting artifacts
Coordinate routine communication between internal teams and MSP counterparts
Staffing, Talent & Administrative Support
Support recruitment and staffing administration activities (tracking open roles, onboarding coordination, and status reporting)
Maintain staffing trackers, backfill lists, and team structure documentation
Assist with coordination of staff movements, seating, and access-related requests
Support HR-related coordination by routing requests and maintaining records
Meetings & Governance Coordination
Support scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups for leadership and operational meetings
Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions; track to closure
Maintain governance calendars, recurring meetings, and operational cadence artifacts
Communication & Enablement
Assist in preparation of internal communications, presentations, and departmental updates
Support townhalls, leadership updates, and internal engagement activities (logistics, decks, coordination)
Help maintain communication repositories and shared documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
2–5 years of experience
in business operations, PMO, finance operations, or administrative support roles
Strong proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools
Expertise in Data analytics, Productivity tools like Copilot and SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple trackers, reports, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with structured, methodical working style
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and vendors
Ability to operate effectively in a global, fast‑paced, and matrixed environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Exposure to IT infrastructure, technology operations, or service management environments
Basic understanding of financial tracking, budgeting, or cost management concepts
Experience supporting MSP or vendor-driven delivery models
Familiarity with metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
