<p><strong>Title: </strong>Client Services Intern<br><br><strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>You will play a crucial role in providing support to the Client Services team across a wide range of projects. You will assist the team members with the day-to-day activities of your assigned projects. Your main tasks will be cross-department project coordination to ensure an easy flow of communication with all departments involved in the project (client services, strategy, creative, and production) along with research and audit.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily activity in client relationships and project management: organizing internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise meeting reports, and updating associated project status.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams in preparing briefs and participating in ideation sessions along with learning about the category and business.</li>
<li>Working with the team to ensure up-to-date resourcing for each project.</li>
<li>Schedule meetings and follow-ups, helping the teams stay on top of their deadlines.</li>
<li>Participating in project meetings and taking minutes for follow-up actions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience Needed / Our Requirements</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility of running a project end-to-end.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.</li>
