<p>Executes the end-to-end MS 365 migration program, accountable for delivery, timelines, and executive reporting. </p>

<p>Manage migration strategy (cutover, hybrid, staged), builds playbooks, and aligns with Program goals.</p>

<p>Oversees delivery (AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps), identifies blockers, and maps technical readiness.</p>

<p>Provides deep technical guidance during pilot, rollout, and cutover. Troubleshoots escalations.</p>

<p>Identifies technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and designs mitigation plans.</p>

<p>Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members.</p>

<p>Provides executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics.</p>
