In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance solutions, driving architecture excellence, and establishing strong credibility with customers.</p> <p>As a key technical leader, you will work across multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver robust, future-ready solutions tailored to complex business needs.</p> <p>If you are passionate about solution design, customer engagement, and working on cutting-edge financial crime platforms—this role is for you.</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <p><strong>Solution Design &amp; Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead solution design for complex NiCE Actimize implementations and customization projects</li> <li>Architect scalable, maintainable, and upgradeable solutions aligned with customer business needs</li> <li>Design high-availability systems with strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability</li> <li>Review and document end-to-end solution architecture across environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivery Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership and guidance across all project phases—from planning to production deployment</li> <li>Lead multiple concurrent engagements balancing strategic direction with tactical execution</li> <li>Work closely with implementation teams and client stakeholders (business and IT)</li> <li>Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Credibility</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to customers in post-sales engagements</li> <li>Present and position Actimize solutions to create strong credibility for Professional Services</li> <li>Engage with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions</li> <li>Apply a consultative approach to problem solving</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Innovation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Product Management to influence and define new product features</li> <li>Support presales activities including solution design, demos, and RFI/RFP responses</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams across engineering, delivery, and business units</li> <li>Champion architectural standards and promote best practices across teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Capability Building &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain standard architecture documentation, tools, and reusable frameworks</li> <li>Develop and promote best practices across Professional Services engagements</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement in solution design methodologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li>8-12 years of experience in software industry with strong focus on solution architecture</li> <li>Current or recent experience as a <strong>Solution Architect (mandatory)</strong></li> <li>Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in:</li> <ul> <li>Software integration and distributed system design</li> <li>Web architecture (web servers, application servers)</li> <li>Database systems (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization</li> </ul> <li>Working knowledge of:</li> <ul> <li>Core Java</li> <li>AWS / Cloud technologies</li> <li>Web services (SOAP, REST)</li> </ul> <li>Understanding of modern technologies:</li> <ul> <li>Containerization</li> <li>Kafka / messaging systems</li> <li>CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Architecture &amp; Systems Knowledge</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designing for high availability and scalability</li> <li>Security protocols: SSL, SSO, Kerberos, authentication mechanisms</li> <li>System integration: web services, message queues</li> <li>System performance analysis and troubleshooting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with NiCE Actimize products (AML, Fraud, FMC)</li> <li>Exposure to cSaaS and on-prem deployment models</li> <li>Knowledge of hardware sizing and capacity planning</li> <li>Experience designing high-volume, large-scale systems</li> <li>Financial services domain experience (banking, insurance, brokerage)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Excellent technical writing and communication abilities</li> <li>Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
