ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
We are seeking a
Specialist – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
with strong
techno‑functional expertise in IBM Maximo
to support the design, enhancement, integration, and validation of enterprise CMMS platforms.
This role is a
hands‑on individual contributor position
, responsible for delivering high‑quality Maximo solutions, supporting regulated environments, and collaborating closely with delivery leads, architects, and business stakeholders across global programs.
Key Responsibilities
Techno‑Functional Delivery
Configure, enhance, and support
IBM Maximo
modules across Asset, Work, and Preventive Maintenance management.
Translate functional requirements into
scalable Maximo configurations and technical solutions
.
Design and develop
enhancements, reports (BIRT), and integrations
.
Platform Support & Enhancements
Provide
L2/L3 support
to ensure platform stability and performance.
Support
mobile Maximo
, data loads, database scripts, and custom components.
Assist with Maximo upgrades, patches, and infrastructure or server migrations.
Validation & Compliance
Support
CSV activities
, including documentation reviews, UAT execution, and audit readiness.
Adhere to
GxP compliance
standards and regulated delivery practices.
Maintain high‑quality documentation and follow SOPs and governance processes.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
Work closely with
Delivery Leads, Architects, and System Owners
to execute delivery plans.
Participate in
Agile / SAFe ceremonies
, sprint execution, and release activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and support processes.
Integrations & Reporting
Support
enterprise integrations
between Maximo and external systems.
Develop and maintain reports, scripts, and data extracts to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
Experience
8–13 years
of experience in
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / CMMS
roles.
Hands‑on experience working with
IBM Maximo
in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting delivery and operations across
multiple sites or global programs
.
Exposure to
Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas
preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong working knowledge of
IBM Maximo 7.1 / 7.6
.
Good understanding of
asset lifecycle, maintenance, and work execution processes
.
Experience with
BIRT reporting, database queries/scripts, and integrations
.
Familiarity with
Agile / SAFe delivery models
.
Compliance & Quality
Experience supporting
CSV, audits, and regulated environments (GxP)
.
Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on documentation and quality.
Shift Information:
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
