Specialist, Art (Graphic Desinger)
Join our dynamic, collaborative team as a Senior Analyst, where you’ll craft high-impact visual concepts and innovative design solutions for client-facing, marketing, and client experience initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials—demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
You’ll collaborate closely with both offshore and onshore teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to execution and delivery. Your expertise will help ensure all design assets are on-brand and support the overall visual strategy across multiple channels. You’ll also share creative insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Work you'll do
Create high-quality visual concepts and innovative design solutions to support client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects.
Develop creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations, and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials, displaying a keen eye for detail
Collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams throughout the project lifecycle, from understanding requirements to execution and delivery.
Leverage and/or create on brand, well-crafted design assets which support and articulate visual strategy across various channels.
Share creative insights and best practices with team members, fostering a collaborative and continuously improving team environment.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc. in Visual Communication, or related field.
3–6 years of creative design/visual communication experience in marketing or marketing communications; 1–3 years in an offshore delivery center preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and creative problem-solving.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, advanced Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong illustration skills (not necessarily freehand), good aesthetic sense, and knowledge of typography, color, and design trends.
Experience with corporate communications and brand identities, with the ability to execute creative projects within brand guidelines.
Ability to translate complex information into compelling visual communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Project management and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to changing project needs, and stay current with industry trends.
