Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Project on the Sustainability team, you will be responsible for…
Managing, executing, and monitoring environmental sustainability programs and initiatives across USI office locations
Managing the environmental sustainability budget, including project identification, funding oversight, and spend supervision
Identifying and evaluating nonprofit organizations and projects, and managing local nonprofit relationships across assigned locations
Reviewing project scope, fund flow, invoices, receipts, and utilization certificates to support timely execution and financial accuracy
Partnering with stakeholders, finance teams, and the US environmental sustainability team to support reporting, communications, employee engagement, and project implementation

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental studies, or another specified sustainability-related field
10+ years of experience driving sustainability programs and project management
Experience managing sustainability programs across multiple office locations
Experience managing budgets, project funding workflows, and spend tracking
Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data
Knowledge of environmental regulations, impact assessments, and sustainable practices
Preferred:
Master’s degree in sustainability, business administration, or another specified field
Experience preparing sustainability reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Experience engaging internal stakeholders, professionals, and nonprofit organizations on sustainability initiatives
Experience supporting project changes, testing, and implementation activities
Experience partnering with finance teams on accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
