Specialist Manager, Talent Development
As a Learning and Development Team Manager at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Audit & Assurance Development CoE. You will be responsible for curating, implementing, and managing best-in-class learning solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our teams in the US and international markets. Your strategic vision, coupled with exceptional leadership and analytical skills, will drive innovative and engaging learning practices, fostering a high touch learning culture and enhancing operational efficiencies within the organization.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Development CoE team, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with US and international stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement strategic learning initiatives aligned with business outcomes
Designing, developing, contextualizing, and delivering end-to-end learning solutions, including curriculum and training experiences for Deloitte professionals
Evaluating post-course data and learning analytics to identify insights, measure learning consumption, and support continuous improvement
Managing learning program operations, including delivery coordination, budget planning, forecasting, and vendor relationships
Leading and developing team members while building collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, subject matter specialists, and cross-functional teams
The team
The Audit & Assurance Development CoE supports the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences that build technical capability, strengthen professional skills, and support business priorities. The team works closely with stakeholders across the US and USI organizations to create scalable learning solutions aligned with evolving business needs. This role sits within a collaborative environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and learner impact.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
8-12 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum development, training program management, or talent development
Experience in training needs analysis and learning program design
Experience managing learning programs, projects, budgets, or forecasts
Experience managing vendors or external learning partners
Experience preparing reports and program materials using Microsoft Office
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Master’s degree
Experience supporting learning programs for Audit & Assurance, accounting, or professional services organizations
Experience working with stakeholders across US and India teams
Experience using post-course evaluation data or learning analytics to improve programs
Experience leading teams or mentoring professionals
