About the role
Join the Regional Communications team that supports Growth & Purpose Office primarily focusing on bringing Deloitte’s Purpose to life. As part of this role you will craft stories that inspire, inform, and create a meaningful impact.
As a content writer, communicator, campaign designer, and client servicing resource, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across teams, support in managing stakeholder relationships, contribute to campaigns that keep our professionals engaged, drive our Purpose and play a role in strengthening our culture and brand.
The work you’ll do

Create compelling content
:
Write and edit content for campaigns, leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, events, and more.

Collaborate for impact
: Partner with stakeholder teams to understand objectives and deliver communications solutions aligned with their goals.

Support in driving campaigns
:
Generate innovative ideas, track project timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, evolving contexts.

Understand channel mix strategy
: Leverage Microsoft Office, podcasts, videos, intranet, Teams, Viva Engage, events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), and other digital tools effectively to enhance reach and measure impact.

Champion consistency
:
Ensure clarity, brand alignment, and strategic coordination across all communications channels.

Metric reporting
:
Understand and leverage
analytics tools (e.g. Poppulo, social media analytics) and AI applications to support impact assessment, optimize communications accuracy, and enhance process efficiency
.
Qualifications required
·
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
·
3–5 years’ experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or related areas; large- scale organization experience is a plus.
·
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to generate impactful content quickly and accurately.
·
Strong analytical, listening, and interpersonal skills; multitask with agility.
·
Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to editorial standards.
This role will be based out of Hyderabad.
Work timings:
11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (IST)
The team:
USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation – intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communications, leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.
