We’re seeking a Front-End Developer with strong HTML/CSS expertise, proven experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and exceptional collaboration skills. This role requires someone who can go beyond executing instructions — someone who can engage directly with marketing and MarTech partners, translate requirements into scalable solutions that may include new components, and ensure high-quality, detail oriented implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to self QA their work in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Bring:
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
, including the ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot code from scratch or adapt existing code/frameworks.
Experience with
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
Knowledge of
responsive web design
principles and hands-on experience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Angular.js, etc.).
Solid understanding of
W3C standards
, accessibility considerations, and browser-specific nuances across Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
Ability to conduct
cross‑browser and cross‑device testing
to validate code changes and ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
Familiarity with
website performance analytics
, SEO/SEM concepts, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
Minimum
5+ years
working with corporate web properties (Internet, Intranet, or Extranet environments).
Experience working with
information architecture, page design
