Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Production on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
Owning and evolving Deloitte’s video and motion creative strategy to align brand priorities, business objectives, and storytelling needs
Driving innovation in video and motion design by introducing new storytelling approaches, technologies, and scalable content practices
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing creative team of art directors, motion designers, and editors
Partnering with creative directors, producers, strategists, marketers, and account teams to deliver strategy-led video content aligned to Deloitte’s brand voice
Overseeing budgets, resource planning, vendor partnerships, and executive stakeholder engagement to maximize creative impact and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
16+ years of experience leading creative organizations, studios, or in-house creative teams
Experience developing and leading video and motion creative strategy for brand or business campaigns
Experience managing global teams, enterprise budgets, and complex stakeholder environments
Experience delivering campaigns with measurable business or brand outcomes
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
Experience using artificial intelligence tools within creative or production workflows
Preferred:
Advanced degree in Film, Design, Communications, or Business
Recognized industry accolades such as Cannes Lions, Clio, Webby, or similar awards
Experience leading live-action, animation, experiential, and interactive media production
Experience advising C-suite or executive stakeholders on creative strategy and brand storytelling
Experience managing strategic external vendor partnerships
Experience using audience analytics or content performance data to inform creative decisions
