Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the USI Tax Growth and Development team, you will be responsible for:
Leading the planning and execution of learning programs across multiple career levels
Partnering with business leaders, Talent stakeholders, and US-based counterparts to align development priorities with business goals
Designing, curating, and advising on technology-enabled learning solutions using adult learning and human-centered design principles
Using program data and reporting to evaluate effectiveness, improve engagement, and inform decisions
Managing learning operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and coordination with internal learning teams
The team
The USI Tax Growth and Development team helps build capabilities and learning experiences that support professionals across their careers. The team works closely with business leaders, Talent teams, and learning organizations to deliver scalable development solutions aligned to business priorities. This team plays a key role in translating workforce needs into practical learning strategies and programs.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in learning and development
Experience leading learning program planning and delivery across multiple career levels
Experience partnering with business leaders and Talent stakeholders on development strategy
Experience using data, reporting, or program metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform decisions
Experience designing, curating, or managing technology-enabled learning solutions
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or operational planning for learning programs
Preferred:
Experience in content design and curation
Experience leading teams
Experience using a consultative approach with business stakeholders or clients
