As an Executive Manager – Curriculum Development within the Audit & Assurance Growth & Development (G&D) team, you will lead the design, governance, and evolution of curriculum strategy for Audit & Assurance professionals.
Moving beyond program management, this role drives portfolio-level ownership of learning journeys, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory expectations, and future capability needs. You will partner closely with US/USI stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact, and integrated curriculum solutions, while leading a team and influencing enterprise learning outcomes.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, curriculum expertise, stakeholder influence, and operational rigor to deliver a differentiated learner experience for a global audience.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:
Defining and driving curriculum strategy across key learning portfolios, including road mapping, lifecycle management, and alignment to business priorities and regulatory requirements
Leading the design, integration, governance, and continuous enhancement of learning journeys across career levels, with a focus on quality standards, consistency, and reuse of learning assets
Providing strategic oversight for large-scale learning programs, partnering with Talent Services and cross-functional teams to support execution across virtual, in-person, and hybrid delivery models
Using analytics and reporting to assess curriculum effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact, and translating findings into continuous improvement actions and innovation opportunities
Managing relationships with US and USI stakeholders, leading and developing a curriculum team, and overseeing budget, vendor, and resource decisions across the portfolio

The Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team supports learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability development for Audit & Assurance professionals. The team works closely with US and USI stakeholders to build scalable learning solutions that align to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and evolving capability needs. This group helps deliver integrated learning experiences that support professional growth across career stages.
Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
12-15 years of experience in curriculum development, learning and development, or learning strategy
Experience with curriculum design, governance, and lifecycle management
Experience with learning strategy, performance consulting, and program or portfolio management in a global environment
Experience supporting cross-border or US-facing stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Preferred:
Master’s degree
Experience supporting Audit & Assurance learning programs
Experience with digital learning, microlearning, or artificial intelligence-enabled learning solutions
Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and overseeing budgets
