Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:
Serving as a performance consultant and strategic advisor to Talent and USI/US Consulting stakeholders to align development solutions with business outcomes
Leading the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, continuous learning, role-readiness, project-readiness, market-readiness, and leadership development programs
Managing end-to-end program execution, including planning, participant registration, facilitator onboarding, vendor coordination, train-the-trainer activities, and delivery operations
Using data, feedback, and operational metrics to improve learner experience, measure impact, and scale program management processes
Leading team performance through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, budgeting, and forecast stewardship

The USI G&D leadership has noted the significant growth of the function (CAGR growth of more than 20% Y-o-Y), and acknowledged the need for developing high caliber, professional services leaders to manage a profitable and client centric practice. This team architects the development experience and solutions for the professionals working in India in Deloitte’s Consulting business.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience designing and delivering learning, talent development, or workforce development programs
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, talent, and human resources functions
Experience leading teams, including coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
Experience managing multiple programs or projects with competing deadlines
Experience using data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support decisions
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or operational planning
Preferred:
Experience in consulting or professional services
Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or business administration
Experience with technology-enabled learning solutions
Experience supporting onboarding, continuous learning, role-readiness, or leadership development programs
