Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Copy on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
Concept and oversee the development of bold, innovative campaigns that support Deloitte’s brand and business priorities
Lead copy development for cross-channel campaign assets, including marketing collateral, video, branding, web, social media, email, event sponsorships, and other content formats
Collaborate with marketers and business leaders to research topics, clarify business priorities, and develop key messages for campaign deliverables
Present ideas, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders while advising leaders and teams on communications and marketing strategy
Lead junior team members by providing direction, feedback, and support for development while managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and changing requirements

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field
14+ years of in-house or agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns
Portfolio demonstrating experience developing, writing, and producing campaigns on complex business-to-business subjects for the US market in English, including a minimum of 6 campaigns
Experience supervising and delegating work within collaborative teams and providing actionable creative feedback
Experience writing clear, concise copy that distills complex ideas into easily understood language
Experience across digital and traditional channels, including social media, content creation, and video
Experience with copy editing and proofreading
Preferred:
Experience with marketing professional services, consulting, or other business-to-business environments
Experience presenting ideas, recommendations, and rationale to leaders and stakeholders
Experience working in matrixed environments and building relationships across diverse teams
Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and changing requirements
Experience coaching junior talent and supporting team development
