The Development Facilitator (Deputy Manager) position sits on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) within Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) in Deloitte Growth & Development.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) team, you will be responsible for:
Facilitate select courses within the Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential curricula and the broader Growth & Development curricula through Career Level 4.5
Facilitate internal courses focused on leadership and human potential
Facilitate the Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) program and other courses as assigned
Suggest course improvements to program managers based on facilitation experience
Coordinate with the program delivery team to ensure materials and logistics are optimized for course delivery
Onboard IFT and other facilitators through train-the-trainer sessions

DLHP supports leaders at all levels across Deloitte. The Internal Facilitation Team (IFT), which is part of DLHP, focuses on providing skilled facilitators to deliver key programs with maximum impact across the DLHP portfolio and US Growth & Development overall.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
6-8 years of facilitation experience
Experience working on live event projects or event management
Experience managing virtual and blended learning, including content curation
Experience training professionals up to management level
Experience analyzing existing practices, recommending improvements, and leading change initiatives related to course delivery
Experience applying adult learning principles, learning development life cycle methods, and learning program evaluation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to travel 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Experience using design thinking and innovation practices
Deloitte Facilitation Excellence (DFX) certification and DFX Master Certification, or equivalent industry facilitation certification/accreditation
Experience facilitating Culture & Belonging content and Well-being content, including mental, physical, or financial well-being
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, or organizational psychology
Experience with industry-based learning in sectors such as telecommunications, energy, or healthcare
