Where You’ll Make a Difference
Perform and coordinate end‑to‑end collections activities, including customer communication and execution of effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past‑due balances.
Proactively resolve credit issues and manage the collection of overdue accounts to achieve assigned collection targets.
Monitor credit exposure and accounts receivable performance to proactively manage risk, including negotiating credit terms when customers are unable to meet established guidelines.
Review and manage orders on hold daily, ensuring timely communication with relevant internal teams regarding customer issues affecting order release.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support destination collections efforts for customers within the Asia Pacific region.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within credit and collections operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers, including requesting and reviewing financial statements to support accurate credit analysis.
Review credit limit reports regularly, recommend credit limit increases or decreases based on risk profile, projected sales, periodic reviews, and resolve unnecessary order holds.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Credit and/or Collections functions.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business email applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of local languages such as Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.
Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
