We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our Learning & Development Learner Experience portfolios across the US and USI regions. This role is critical to deliver consistent, high-quality learner experience by coordinating and standardizing processes, activities, and touchpoints across regions. The ideal candidate will help oversee the creation and curation of learner-facing experiences, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and US counterparts to drive alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for:
Manage end-to-end learner experience delivery for assigned learning portfolios, including program scheduling, learner communications, enrollment, session readiness, and post-program closure activities
Collaborate with US and USI stakeholders, including business leaders, program managers, Talent Services, Compliance, and operations teams, to align learning delivery with business priorities, career-level needs, and mandatory learning requirements
Drive consistency across learner experience processes by supporting standardized approaches to program setup, learner communications, delivery coordination, attendance tracking, and completion management
Coordinate learning logistics and delivery readiness, including facilitator scheduling, venue planning, vendor coordination, and contingency management
Monitor learner participation, compliance, and program completion metrics by tracking attendance, resolving discrepancies, and sharing status updates with stakeholders
Support continuous improvement by gathering learner and faculty feedback, identifying process gaps, and recommending enhancements to program quality, engagement, and operational efficiency
The team
The Learning and Development team enables high-quality learning experiences that support business priorities, capability building, and compliance requirements across US and USI populations. This team works closely with program leaders, operations teams, and stakeholders to coordinate learner-facing processes, standardize delivery practices, and improve the overall learner experience across portfolios.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
6-8 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years supporting learning and development programs, learner experience operations, or learning delivery coordination
Experience managing program scheduling, learner communications, enrollment, session readiness, and post-program closure activities
Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, program managers, compliance teams, and operations teams across regions
Experience tracking attendance, completion status, and compliance metrics, and resolving learner record discrepancies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 0%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Master's degree
Experience supporting learning portfolios across US and USI stakeholders
Experience using learning management systems or reporting tools
Experience coordinating facilitators, venues, or external vendors for learning delivery
