Specialist, Analytics and Insights
Are you passionate about driving industry-specific initiatives and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic team environment? Join us as a Senior Analyst in our Industry Support team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic projects and fostering market growth.
Work you'll do
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Take input from Industry team to create slides or materials for leadership and practice presentations.
Execute assigned projects independently, translating requests into actionable outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Support key industry administrative processes as necessary, including client reclassifications, client change requests, system updates, distribution lists, etc.
Support meetings and event planning by coordinating logistics, sending invitations, preparing materials, and assisting with post-event analysis.
Assist in sector activations and industry community initiatives by preparing communications and supporting documentation.
Track industry data, industry assets (e.g. KX presence), key metrics, and competitive intelligence.
Support ad-hoc special cross-industry projects.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or industry support.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
Communicate clearly and proactively with team members.
Shows initiative in identifying and solving problems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications and common AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, strong inter-personal skills, and a good team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams.
