Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision & Implementation:
Supervise and implement projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new store setups across various locations.
Monitor and schedule projects using project management techniques while coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure proper execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to standards for all civil and interior fit-out work.
Arranging quotations from vendors for interior work and negotiating rates to optimize costs
Track and monitor ongoing projects within the zone, update the project tracker sheet, and provide regular updates to HO.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for new projects in collaboration with the finance team and get necessary approvals from the functional head.
Monitor and track daily maintenance issues for existing stores to ensure proper upkeep and timely resolution.
2. Capex Management:
Manage and analyze capital expenditures for projects to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Implement cost-saving measures for ongoing store renovation projects by creatively modifying existing fixtures, maintaining brand identity, and addressing budget constraints.
3. GFC Analysis and Coordination:
Conduct a thorough review of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with the mall/landlord (LL) for design approvals and manage communication with the mall team to secure necessary clearances.
