About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation for premium and luxury real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong channel partner ecosystem and deep understanding of the luxury housing segment, including HNI/UHNI clientele.
You will play a critical role in building a robust sourcing pipeline and enabling successful deal closures by collaborating closely with the closing team.

Develop and expand lead generation channels including brokers, channel partners (CPs), referrals, and digital platforms
Build, manage, and nurture a strong network of channel partners, real estate consultants, and brokers
Generate high-quality, qualified leads within the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
Conduct initial client interactions to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the closing team for conversion
Track and analyze lead quality, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios
Drive consistent pipeline generation aligned with business targets
Key Requirements:
4–8 years in real estate sourcing / channel sales / broker management
Strong CP, broker, and consultant network in Pune
Experience with ₹3 Cr+ ticket size transactions
Exposure to luxury real estate and HNI/UHNI clients
Background with reputed developers/IPCs preferred
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven with high ownership mindset
Graduate (mandatory) | Immediate joiners preferred
