You will be the technical engine driving the adoption of agentic AI, leading complex POCs and demos that transform how global enterprises approach quality engineering.

THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Sales Engineering & Deal Execution (50%)
* Drive technical discovery, high-impact demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for existing enterprise accounts.
Partner with commercial teams to manage the technical lifecycle of complex deals and strategic business goals.
Architect tailored solutions that solve critical customer business challenges using the TestMu platform.
2. Account Technical Success & Onboarding (30%)
* Lead the technical onboarding and architectural support for existing accounts to ensure deep platform adoption.
Act as a strategic consultant, guiding customers through testing best practices and agentic intelligence roadmaps.
Analyze customer data and platform usage to drive positive improvements in testing practices.
3. Cross-Functional Advocacy (20%)
* Represent the "Voice of the Customer" to Product and Engineering teams to prioritize mission-critical features.
Maintain strong technical relationships at both the practitioner and leadership levels within your book of business.
Stay ahead of the CI/CD and QA landscape to position TestMu as the premier AI-native testing solution.

Salary Range:
20–35 Lakhs (80% Base / 20% Variable paid quarterly).
Location:
Noida Office (Mandatory attendance; preferably full-time).
Shift Awareness:
Willingness to work in US time zones.
