We’re looking for a Presales Solutions Analyst who will collaborate across Sales, Solution Architects, Engineers, and Consultants to design and articulate AI-driven solution approaches for prospective customers. Role Overview
The Solutions Analyst is a core member of our pre-sales and solutioning function, partnering with Sales, Solution Architects, Engineers, and Consultants to design, articulate, and propose modern
AI-powered solutions
for prospective customers.
You will play a key role in shaping proposals for:
GenAI and LLM-based applications
Agentic AI systems
(autonomous workflows, multi-agent orchestration)
AI/ML platforms and data modernization initiatives
As the role matures, you will engage directly with customers for
requirements discovery, scoping, solution trade-off discussions, and value articulation
, helping Sales teams clearly communicate
what to build, why, and how

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation
Understand goML’s GenAI, LLM, and AI solution offerings
Learn solutioning workflows and proposal formats
Shadow customer discovery and internal solution reviews
Review past proposals for GenAI/LLM/AI initiatives
Begin contributing to proposal sections and solution write-ups
First 60 Days: Execution & Impact
Participate in customer requirement discovery sessions
Document business workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
Contribute to solution narratives for:
GenAI & LLM use cases
agentic AI automations
AI/ML platform adoption
Support Solution Architects in articulating approaches and trade-offs
Assist in RFP/RFI responses for AI-led opportunities
Contribute to customer-facing solution presentations
First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation
Own end-to-end proposal narratives for GenAI/LLM use cases (with collaboration)
Lead requirement breakdown and mapping for AI workloads
Build reusable libraries of:
AI use cases
solution narratives
architectural patterns
Influence proposal consistency and clarity across AI solutioning
Partner with Sales to support customer evaluation cycles
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
Must-Have
1–4 years
of experience in presales, business analysis, AI/ML, or solutioning functions
BE / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related fields
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Curiosity around GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI, and AI/ML platforms
Ability to document requirements and map them to solution narratives
Structured thinking and problem analysis skills
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or LLM application development (academic or internship)
Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, or technical documentation
Familiarity with enterprise cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP)
