Work you'll do
As a Software Specialist Engineer II (Senior Experience Designer) on the Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Designing user experiences for digital products using an iterative, lean UX approach focused on continuous improvement
Creating workflows, interaction models, visual designs, and supporting assets including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes
Conducting heuristic evaluations and identifying usability issues, design risks, and opportunities for improvement
Partnering with product, engineering, and research stakeholders to align user needs with business priorities and support implementation
Contributing to design standards, interaction patterns, and consistent experiences across products and touchpoints

Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, or product design
Experience designing interfaces and workflows for desktop and mobile applications
Experience producing user flows, wireframes, user scenarios, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes
Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and translating findings into design recommendations
Experience with Figma and at least one additional UX design tool such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Adobe Creative Cloud
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or a similar field
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating user experience and interaction design work
Preferred:
Experience working in agile or lean UX product delivery environments
Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and user researchers through the product lifecycle
Experience contributing to design systems or shared design frameworks
Experience using user research findings and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions
Experience designing enterprise or internal business applications
