Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SDR to re-engage dormant leads and past clients, while also driving outbound outreach to generate new opportunities. The role requires a strong mix of follow-up, relationship-building, and proactive prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconnect and revive old/dormant leads from CRM and local databases
Qualify and nurture leads towards SQL conversion
Execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Identify opportunities within past clients for upsell/cross-sell
Maintain consistent follow-ups and track engagement in CRM
Collaborate with sales team to schedule qualified meetings
Build and manage lead pipelines with a focus on conversion
Required Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
Proven experience in lead reactivation / nurturing old leads
Strong communication skills (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to handle multi-channel outreach and follow-ups
Understanding of B2B sales cycles (preferably IT services)
Good to Have:
Experience in international markets (US/UK)
Exposure to tech/services-based selling
LinkedIn outreach and email automation tools experience
Success Metrics:
Number of revived leads / re-engagement rate
Meetings scheduled (SQLs)
Contribution to pipeline and conversions
