Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with strong exposure in IT Staff Augmentation and Resource Outsourcing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through dedicated staffing, contract hiring, and offshore development engagement models.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation services across global markets.
Identify and approach prospective clients through LinkedIn, emails, outbound campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Understand client hiring/resource requirements and align suitable engagement models.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for resource mapping and client submissions.
Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates regularly.
Work closely with leadership on account growth and strategic opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and staffing agreements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation / IT Outsourcing sales.
Strong understanding of offshore, nearshore, and dedicated resource engagement models.
Experience working with clients across US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email campaigns, and outbound sales.
Ability to independently handle client conversations and closures.
Strong understanding of technologies and IT hiring ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in IT services companies.
Existing client network and staffing contacts would be an added advantage.
Exposure to MSP/VMS staffing ecosystem is preferred.
