We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong focus in .NET Technologies and Mobile App Development
to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks, with a focus on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using
C#
,
.NET Core
, and Entity Framework and/or ADO.NET
Work with
Oracle
or
SQL Databases
to design and optimize database interactions.
Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components using
React
and/or
Angular
.
Knowledge/Experience with
React-Native Mobile
Based Apps is a plus.
Lead the design and development of
SaaS-based products
, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Actively contribute in an
Agile environment
, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards through agile best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and functional issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience of
6+ years
in a role within software development with a strong technical focus on
C#
and
.NET Core
.
Hands-on experience with
Oracle
or
SQL Server
, including query optimization and database design.
Strong experience in
SaaS-based product development
, including integration and deployment.
Proficiency in
Angular/React
or similar front-end frameworks. Knowledge/Experience with
React-Native
Mobile Based Apps is a plus.
Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Prior experience working in an
Agile development environment
with knowledge of agile methodologies and ways of working.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and
DevOps
practices.
Prior experience in the
health insurance
domain is highly desirable.
Industry certifications are added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
