Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing various software products and designing and building internal applications that support internal business processes related to supply chain and engineering operations.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences.
Partner with internal business teams in developing the systems goals and delivery roadmaps.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to solve supply chain problems.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience with building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies.
2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of people management experience.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience in managing projects and collaborating across different teams.
