Manage a team of Software Engineers (SWEs) to develop technologies that provide networking for Google Distributed Cloud products.
Design and develop software systems to automate the design, deployment, and operation of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) physical and overlay networks across multiple layers (e.g., physical, overlay, and Kubernetes networks).
Deliver solutions to address an opportunity of Google Cloud on a subset of key custrrt (Gemini on GDC, Finance, Government, Telco, EU regulated workloads etc). Work with cutting edge datacenter and cloud networking technologies and building cloud native networking automation solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Enterprise or Datacenter Networking.
Experience with Kubernetes.
