Responsibilities: Lead a fast moving agile team, working with the internally developed tools and technologies such as SalesForce Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions  Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code.  Lead daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.  Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across the PBM technology organization  Utilize end-to-end knowledge of product ecosystem, business transactions, technology stack, dependencies, and engineering practices to ensure applications are designed and constructed using solid engineering patterns   Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems  Partner with business and technical product owners to optimize working relationships and clarify roles and responsibilities  Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team. Qualifications: Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.  Strongly influencing negotiation skills.  Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.  Strong time and project management skills.  Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.   Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.  Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Copado, Git, Apex and Trigger Designing, Flows, LWC Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns Experience in building REST APIs/Microservices  Strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency and asynchronous concepts  Experience with SOQL and SOSL Proficient in internal integration with Third Party System (liveprovider.com) CI/CD experience: must have GitHub experience.  Required Experience & Education:  8-14 years of professional experience including people leader experience.
