<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>

<li>Design, develop and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure</li>
<li>Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by investment professionals across the globe</li>
<li>Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions</li>
<li>Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What’s required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 to 8 years of software engineering experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Java or Kotlin</li>
<li>Experience working with real-time or event-driven systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and production support practices</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment</li>
