We're looking for engineers with a strong background in Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and RAG with 0-15 years of experience. The Genus AI team is working on new, cutting-edge AI solutions for debug, analysis, and PPA. Looking forward to hiring candidates who are interested in driving and defining the next generation Genus AI product roadmap. Education & Technical Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering degree or Master of Engineering degree with hands-on AI programming experience Deep Experience of developing Agentic AI in a framework like LangGraph, OpenCode, Crew, etc Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) Proficiency in SKILL based development Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is highly desirable Strong Python programming skills Strong computer science fundamentals of data structures, algorithms Strong C/C++ development skills is desirable, but optional Passionate to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis, problem-solving, and debugging skills Good written and verbal communication skills, should be a quick learner and a team player We’re doing work that matters.
