Build reusable frameworks, components, and accelerators that enable faster development and higher quality engineering outcomes. Apply best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and debugging to ensure efficient and resilient software delivery. Leverage LLMs, copilots, and agent-based architectures to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve engineering productivity. Drive rapid prototyping and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents. Collaborate across engineering, data, and HR domains to build AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C# or Python and Spark, SQL. Hands-on experience with using Agentic AI , LLM technologies as well as data analytics tools Good data visualization skills to be able to present insights that drive business impact. Knowledge of AI/ML, LLM usecase of data engineering process a significant plus Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Spark and SQL OR Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C# or Python and Spark, SQ OR equivalent experience.
