What You Will Get to Do:
Test Automation Development
: Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Test Planning and Design
: Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Participate in Test case Review
Manual Testing (when necessary):
Perform exploratory, usability, and acceptance testing to ensure the application behaves as expected.
Defect Management
: Identify, document, and report bugs using tools like Xray.
Continuous Improvement
: Analyze test results to identify patterns of failure and areas of improvement. Contribute to improving testing processes and workflows.
Collaboration and Communication
: Work closely with cross-functional & Cross-region teams, including developers, product managers, and operations teams, to clarify requirements and priorities.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align testing activities with development progress.
Code Reviews
: Review automated test code written by team members to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards and provide constructive Feedback
Monitoring and Maintenance
: Monitor test environments and ensure they are up to date with the latest code and configurations. Maintain existing test scripts and update them as needed when application features change.
Metrics and Reporting
: Measure and report test coverage, defect densities, and other quality metrics. Provide status updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similarly technical/quantitative field or: equivalent work experience
3-7 years of professional experience in software development or test automation
Good understanding on Agile process
Hands on experience with functional testing
Should be familiar with end-end phases of test automation
Should have excellent communication skills
Should have experience with any of the following tools Protractor/REACT/ Cypress/Appium/playwright
Experience with Node.js/React /Angular
Experience with Jenkins and Docker
Automation experience at API and UI level
Experience with Selenium, Jasmine, Mocha or similar tools.
Hands on experience in programming preferably in Java Script/Python/C#.
Experience in TDD/BDD testing process
Ability to write SQL queries & stored procedures is a plus
Develop, the new frameworks
Experience with GITHUB actions is plus
Willing to learn new tools/technologies as required to fulfill the job
