About the Role ( SDE-1 Backend )
We are looking for a passionate
Backend Engineer (SDE-1)
with
1–3 years of experience
, preferably with strong hands-on skills in
Go (Golang)
. You will be part of our core engineering team, working on designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to
grow quickly in product development
while learning best practices in building reliable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices (Go preferred).
Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.
Debug, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve product quality.
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years
of backend development experience.
Strong knowledge of
Go (Golang)
; experience with Java/Python/Node.js is a plus.
Understanding of
RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
.
Familiarity with
Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes
is an advantage.
Good problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working in
product development/startup environments
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
