Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Laravel (PHP), Python and/or Golang Developers to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance applications that support secure, scalable payment solutions. Senior Developers will also mentor team members, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive best engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Build scalable, secure, and high‑availability systems for payment processing and related platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, well‑documented, and reusable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, and internal services.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of experience for Developer roles
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
Skills and Experience:
Strong experience with Laravel (PHP), Python and/or Golang.
Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
