Watch : What is ShopOS (from the founders’ lens - Click here) About the Role We’re looking for a  Social Media Manager  who can craft, drive, and grow ShopOS’s digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll be the voice of our brand online—curating stories, sparking conversations, and building a community of AI, tech, and eCommerce enthusiasts. You’ll work closely with the founders, product marketing, design, and content teams to turn the work we’re doing into stories worth sharing—and ensure those stories reach the right people at the right time. What You’ll Own Own and manage the  end-to-end social media strategy  across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Plan, write, and schedule engaging content that builds brand, educates users, and drives growth Craft content across formats—  posts, threads, memes, carousels, reels, short videos, and live sessions Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to turn complex ideas into shareable stories Track performance, measure engagement, and  optimize based on insights and analytics Build and engage with a community of followers—  respond to comments, DMs, and join relevant conversations Stay on top of trends in tech, eCommerce, AI, and digital media—and shape our voice accordingly Work on high-visibility campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and hiring Build a  distinct voice and personality  for ShopOS on every platform What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing roles Strong written communication skills with a knack for  crisp, witty, insightful copy Portfolio or profile showcasing social accounts you've managed or grown Familiarity with the tone and pace of platforms like  LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube Understanding of performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, growth) and tools (Later, Buffer, Notion, Figma, Canva, etc.) Proficiency in working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once Creativity and hustle—comfortable experimenting with new formats and memes Bonus Points Experience building a  B2B or SaaS brand  on social media Familiarity with AI, commerce, startups, or emerging tech narratives Personal following or viral posts in your own network Experience with influencer marketing or UGC Prior exposure to startup culture and 0→1 storytelling You’ll Thrive If You Are… A natural storyteller who knows how to turn product updates into content gold Plugged into internet and culture trends, especially in tech and startup ecosystems Self-driven, curious, and comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving environment Someone who lives on social media and enjoys experimenting with new formats Collaborative, clear communicator, and can write with wit and style Our Values Extreme ownership and bias for action Honest, high-velocity communication Respect for craft and obsession with users Fast, scrappy iteration over perfection Low ego, high empathy, radical candor What We Offer Competitive salary Health & wellness benefits Work from our vibrant Bangalore (HSR Layout) Freedom to experiment, create, and shape the voice of a new category Access to the founding team and real-time exposure to what it’s like building from 0 to 1 A front-row seat to the intersection of Gen AI, eCommerce, and brand building Location We're hiring in  Bangalore   - HSR 💡 Why Join Us?
